I can not believe how easy meal planning made my life last weeek. I am a convert!
This week will be as follows:

Monday
Pork (leftovers) stirfry with veg and noodles
Tuesday
Pork (leftovers) biryani
Wednesday
Roast chicken, brocolli cheese and jacket potatoes
Thursday
Spag bol (possibly, I *think* it is a pot of bolognase sauce in the freezer but could be wrong!!!!)
Friday
Chicken (leftover from Wednesday) in a carbonara sauce with spaghetti and garlic bread
Saturday lunch will be Chicken soup made with the bones and leftover veg and hm bread
Have a great week everyone!

Hello, this is what I'm planning to have (but I also have a question for you guys!)
Monday - bubble and squeak leftover from sunday roast chicken
Tuesday - Chicken and sweetcorn risotto (with stock made from roast and a bit of leftover chicken)
Wednesday - Chicken curry (from leftover chicken)
Thursday - hm pizza
Friday Scampi and Chips
Saturday out for tea.
My question is, I would normally use up leftover chicken the day after my roast; I'm trying to extend it this week, do you think the chicken will be ok on Wed? Its been kept in a plastic tub in the fridge?
Thanks
