Freesat problems - Bush BFSAT02SD

Hi all,
Following my previous post, I opted for the above Freesat box from Argos. Set it up last night but having a few problems if anyone can help...?
After putting in my postcode, the box has set up channel 101 as BBC1 Yorkshire, which is correct but no signal is being received on that channel... the box seems to alternate between saying 'No Signal' or something along the lines of 'Data Channel' (I forget the exact phrase, but it definitely includes the word 'data'!). If I go into the channel list I can find BBC1 London, which has a picture but obviously that's not ideal for me up here.
On top of this, the following channels are not being received... ITV2, ITV3, E4 and More4. This list isn't exhaustive - there may be more; these are the ones I've noticed so far.
I know there is no problem with the dish, because the signal strength is 98% on setup, and I have two Sky Digital boxes on separate feeds running perfectly off the same dish.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I know Bush have a helpline but at 10p a minute I thought it would be wise to ask on here first... any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Try connecting your Freesat Receiver to one of the working ( Sky ) connections, see what happens.
A quad LNB is actually 4 LNB's in one housing, so it could be a faulty LNB feed.0
