after stopping with Keycamp last year, I can say without a doubt we will never book with them again. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, their reps are jumped up teens and twenty-somethings that don't know their !!! from their elbows and their mobile homes have definitely seen better days!

I think you just got unlucky. We have only ever has one bad rep experience. Our reps last year were a married couple in their 60's who could not do enough for us. Also we have only ever had one bad mobile home

Hi we were looking at Keycamp / Eurocamp but want a site nearer Calais - any recommendations or thoughts? Never been to France so wanted to try one close to the tunnel as we have 2 kids under 4.

Wil look at Select Camp - we need to go 31st July or 7th Augst for a week stuck with either of those weeks so we know it is going to be expensive.

Has anyone used the super tent option, are they ok?

    Thanks

    Hi,
definitely venture a bit further, you can make plenty of stops along the way,French service areas are pretty good :)

    we stay here : http://www.la-croix-du-vieux-pont.com/ It's a lovely site :)
we go with the SUN £9.50 holidays, but all the usual comapies are there Eurocamp,Siblu,Thomson Alfresco,Canvas etc oh and the Canvas lodges look gorgeous! http://www.canvasholidays.co.uk/campsite-overview.aspx?id=PP01X

Disney is an hours drive away, if you wanted to do a daytrip. They also offer a coach trip from the site if you didn't want to drive

We have always stayed in a mobile home, but when we go to a site in Lake Garda in May we are staying in one of the tents! My boys have wanted to stay in one for years lol :)
