Try this i-mate ultimate 8502.
Styling may not be to everyones tastes but it has the full works, including GPS, qwerty keyboard, touchscreen, WIFI, 3G, tv-out, etc... At £109.99 you can't really go wrong for a sim-free windows 6.0 with touchscreen. But do read reviews to make up your own mind.
I was considering this myself, if it wasn't for the fact I already have 3 other windows mobile phones and they all do the exact same thing despite the slight differences in WM versions. So looking for a change in OS, possibly Android for development.
But if this was my first WM phone...it definitely ticks all the right boxes. You'll also be glad it had a qwerty keyboard on the front. I'm still using my Treo750v and love the keyboard. I've used the virtual keyboard on full touchscreens (not the best and requires poking around with the stylus) and the slide out keyboard devices (you'd get annoyed with having to keep rotating the phone everytime you want to enter a bit of text), so the blackberry style keyboards are best for heavy texter/emailer. Thats my opinion anyway.
Hope that helps.0
