I am already a Virgin customer, having TV,broadband and telephone and having recently bought a HD television I would like to upgrade to a Virgin V+ HD box.
Has anyone got any ideas or experience of the best way to approach Virgin to get the best deal for an upgrade?
Thanks in advance

Well you could try phone retentions.

You will not get it totally free, but should be offered something.0 -

I'm still on Analogue (TV) and Virgin wrote to me in Dec', advising me that I would need to change to Digital in Feb' of this year. I'm wondering how to get the best deal? I suppose it will come to the old 'I'm thinking of going to Sky' chat. The Virgin CS team must get fed up hearing the same old line!
At the moment, I pay TT £22 approx for BB and phone and £20 approx for TV. So I'm looking at what I can get for the same amount.0 -
