Could be a chargeback. Have you questioned any payments with your card company or got someone else to topup for you ?0

No idea what a chargeback is sorry! No one else has topped up and i do not have a card registered. I am still waiting to hear from orange though so will have to see thankyou0

A chargeback is where a payment is made and then the card ower quires it with the card company and they take the payment back. But by the sound if it that's no the case.
It is something to do with a credit card hence the term used...
Have you changed cards or cancelled a card ?

I've just checked my wifes payg on Orange and she gets that message when she tops up with a credit card, you sure it's not a credit rather than a debit ?0 -
