I signed up for this offer, entered the correct code, received my 6 DVD's - which were watched and returned, cancelled the subscription in time (no problems with customer services) BUT still no free Pirates DVD. Where did I go wrong???Slowly learning debt free lessons :T :j0 -

Anyone had any joy with the postal offer. I sent in mine months ago, have emailed to chase and all they say is that they can confirm that the dvd will be sent shortly after every email regardless of what I ask them in the email.
Still no dvd0 -

Edit: Ignore this, I found the contact details!
I signed up with screen select and had a right purlarva with them! ended up complaining about 3 times and had to wait 3 months for the DVD which should have 'arrived within 21 days'.
If you contact them it should get the ball rolling RE: them posting out the DVD! good luck...Everyone LOVES a freebie!!0 -

Where did you complain to?
I keep on emailing them and all they do is ignore whatever I've written and fob me off with a generic response saying that my "query has been passed to the relevavnt department".
What a sham!
