Hi. I have been asked if it is possible to screen grab a video image using Windows Media Player, and haven't got a clue. Is there anyone out there that could advise? I'd be most grateful, thanks

Google CamStudio v.2.0 it's free last update as the source was purchased by Adobe for Audition.

It can do images (though PrtScn is easier) can record screen activity or a section of video and save as .avi or flash.
