hi, TESCO would not take SAINSBURY £1 OFF INDIAN MEALS VOUCHERS yet they take MARKS $ SPENCER £10 OFF £50 spend I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE STAFF ARE CONFUSED AS TO WHAT THEY CAN TAKE.

Tesco won't take your Sainsbury £1 off Indian meals voucher because this is not a conditional spend voucher, it is a voucher for money off a particular product.

My Tesco refused to accept my M&S voucher, so today I wrote to my good friend :-

Asking him why my store keep changing their policy regarding conditional spend. This is the 2nd time I cannot use conditional voucher. The last time it was morrison voucher & this time it was M&S! :mad: Y'day Female supervisor & the cashier were so adamant that M&S is not a competitor store.

Yes they certainly will.

The line from tesco head office is not to take any vouchers unless the product is bought, unless it is a competitors voucher for a certain amount off with a certain spend, eg £5 off if you spend £50. They will not except vouchers for other products eg Farmfoods veg. But as I have said it depends on which store you go to and how much you want to argue.
