That's really odd, shouldn't add any p+p at all at that point, esp not £4.45

I'm having the same trouble as Calley and have thus given up. Just an aside but i fail to see how these seeds are 'free' when you have to pay £2.49p plus £4.45p P&P. One of the less moneysaving 'deals' i've happened upon.....

I was having the same problem.
The offer is for free seeds with P&P as £2.49, the extra P&P charges are clearly an error.

I've added these seeds to my basket and then I clicked on the Gardeners World link showing next to it. Then headed to my shopping basket where it has removed the erroneous P&P charges - total cost is now £2.49.

I ordered from them before Christmas and they have taken another unauthorised payment from my account. :mad:
I have emailed them 4 times now, to try to sort this out and they have not bothered to even acknowledge my contact.
I am now having to do a chargeback through my bank !!
I am posting this wherever I see their name mentioned on internet forums, as a warning, that if you do buy from them....watch your bank account to make sure they don't take any unauthorised payments from you.

I am sure this must be an error. This is a very long-standing company and I have personally used them for years with no problems at all. I have always found them to be very helpful on the phone, so suggest that you call them to sort out your problem.
