btopenworld dd

Can anyone help, I am having a blitz on finances direct debits etc and have found I am being charged £1.50 pm by btopenworld, I believe it was originally to do with email download but have a vaque recollection they stoped this charge some time ago..............can anyone clarify as I am still being charged.

    you still get charged for talk21 email addresses but you can link btinternet/btopenworld ones to your broadband and they are free

    thanks, after over 2 hrs on the phone have got charge stoped, have had broad band for nearly 4 yrs and a btinternet email addy longer, first said it was premium email thingy which was still applicable even with broadband top package, checked with bt told it was not so went back btyahoo who now say will investigate and will take 4/5 working days.........!!!!!!.we wkll see, may even ask for the interest on it for 4 yrs. really fed up.

    and they don't make it easyto add existing emails to your broadband, think it was almost like ordering it again but saying "yes" to do I have an existing email address

    if they say you should have added it to your account ask them to tell you how to do it , I'm sure the helpdesk person won't find it either :)
