O2 in south hampshire

Is anyone else having connection issues on o2 this morning.

Phones show full signal and yet each time try to make calls either get 'call failed' or 'network busy'. Been like this for a hour now.

Phone 02 and report it, more people report these problems, the quicker they sort it. Its a network problem that is.
