OP Frech install will wipe all your data, last resort.
If you can reset the admin password as gaming guy has said.
then when in recovery console
type: copy h:\\i386\\ntldr c:\\ (to copy ntldr from cd to C:)
.type: copy h:\\i386\\ntdetect.com c:\\ (to copy ntdetect.com form cd to C:);then if there appear a seletion,chose "Y";0 -

Ooops..had already started reinstalling before i saw this. Never mind, its done now. Am back on! A great big thankyou to everyone who has helped me today. If it wasnt for you guys id have just gone and bought a new pc. Thanks again :T0 -

Yes it did indeed wipe everything (which i knew would happen) so am in the process of putting it all back on...thank god i put all my photos to disk last week :-)0
