I love that style Becky, it really suits my shape too as I am a bit straight up and down and the high waist really pinches me in...........Oh you meant for you:D
I had to laugh at the "complete the look" section with the following garment, think you might get into trouble if you wore the skirt with the first suggestions:rotfl:

I think thats for under your outfit Lou
I just tried on (well earlier anyway) a skirt in Next that was almost the same but a bit more expensive so hopefully I can work that back on size (cause I checked out the european size which should be the same;))
yuch...not sure which is worse...porridge or treacley type stuff...
I am just having dumplings....nom nom
I love porridge made with water - I eat it nearly every day for brekkieWell I never! an education this site is....
I didn't know sugar was 100% carbs either....
Of course - simple carbs, brown rice is complex carbs - the body does more work breaking down complex carbs into glucose for energy hence why they make you feel fuller for longer, sugars are readily absorbed so burn off quickly and make you hungry
Evening all - been for a nice run - was like a slush puppy out there :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Sammy ~Would love to talk to her.
Have actually often wanted to ask you to ask her does she struggle wth this & that:o
she struggles with this, that and the other..... she can't drive due to vision problems and can only get round the house with the aid of a 'zimmer frame' - but she looks after her grandson virtually full time on her own during the day.
She has got worse as she has got older, but she has put weight on over the years which she struggles to lose due to lack of movement problems. (she may kill me now for saying that).
and she can't put her own socks and shoes on.... which sometimes causes problems if she falls out with her OH!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
