Germanwings - Complaint Contact Details

Hi,

I wish to send a complaint letter to Germanwings but cannot find any postal, email or fax number on their website, except for a premium phone number. Google has not been much help in this case.

There are some details on the original booking invoice, but unsure if these are the "customer service" details? I could send something to Lufthansa (parent company) but doubt this will work.

Any ideas?

Nope, TUIfly have no relationship with Germanwings. Are you thinking of Air Berlin?
