Something just sounds wrong about it ive been quoted 2439 for a new viesman boiler and 5 rads.

I'm in the same boat, a quote from Inheat which is pretty good compared to the competition. I would love to know of anyone's experiences, good or bad.

Any 'post installation snags' will be dealt with by the company's 'snagging engineer' as and when they choose .
Also no mention of any kind of filter such as Magnaclean or Boiler Buddy, or flushing of any kind.
You've chosen a good boiler it will serve you well if it is fitted in a good clean system and maintained annually
You don't say if it is complete new system or a system upgrade.
Like I say, I might be wrong..........

I completely agree, it will be a fitting team that will drink all your tea, eat your biscuits and make a huge mess of your carpets.. get paid and run a mile. Use some one recommended. If you can get a similar quote from a 'sole trader' that's going to take a week then you should go with him. I am a plumber my self and if you live in the essex area i would be happy to quote for you.
