It is a pseudonym, it actually refers to a food dish, lamb, I think.

Reestit used to post under his original name until about 2002, but like most of us, realised there are too many nutters out there and it is safer to use a sock puppet rather than your real name.

Actually, I thought that it must be a pseudonym for Martin L....somehow (don't know how but..).
