Nat West on line banking

Over the last month or so logging onto Nat West on line banking has been a crawl, yesterday and today it timed out everything, it was so slow.

I got onto Nat West who immediately asked me whether I was using Orange as my internet provider, which I do. They said they had received numerous complainants from Orange customers complaining of the same problem and that Orange was at fault not the Nat West bank. I was advised to contact Orange.

Guess what Orange say it's not their fault it's the Nat West site.

In the meantime I cannot acces my dosh.

Are any of you suffering the same problem.

Which of the two are most likely to be a fault?

Anyone able to shed any light on the matter?

Thanks Adey

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Yes I repeat the fault is just with those who have Orange apparently.

No problems with firefox and Talktalk.

I know my mum often has problems logging on to Clydesdale bank online when i have utorrent running, usually shutting it down solves the problem, so i can well believe that it may be a speed issue with Orange
Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.

I'm having the same problem I'm with AOL though, it takes forever to load and sometimes just times me out for no reason.

    No I've not.

I think Nat West changed their site slightly about a month ago, that's when the problem started but as I said Nat West have had numerous complaints from customers, who have Orange as their provider, saying that they are now having problems accessing the site.

Yes, same here with Orange, like you say seems to be since the site changed.
