Yeah, not too bad thanks, usual merry go round of work, home etc but yummy meal out with OH last night for a change - yeay!

he he went back last night, 6 miles!! puff pant! and its only my 2nd time!! not seen any nice totty yet but i am in the "plodders" group until i get my speed up whereas the totty guys vanish like whippets after a rabbit into the distance!!!

And today in Panias good news... I've lost 6lb!!! woot woot!! only another stone to go! :-)

yes, am doing the brass monkey 6k and rockingham in feb, ironbridge half in march, still trying to get into london in april then will try to do a few before everest in December.
