About 4 mile walk today, about 0.75 miles in, I got splashed! Totally soaked hehe, and then the horizontal rain started. Just a bit of water, no harm done, I could wring my trousers out when I got home! COuldn't buy anything that couldn't get wet either lol. Feel so much better for the walkHad a chat with pharmacist too, think I know what causing the numbness/pins and needles in my hand. All good

A little drizzle, nothing too bad at all
Glad you had nice walk and chat with pharmacistSorry you got wet
Eurgh, I feel drained
Flatmate is walking with me later to 'S' place. I'm gonna put some flowers outside her door with a nice message. She's probably feeling really bad right now and I don't want her too0 -

Is there a difference between when you suggest a time, and when she does? Does she cancel more if you suggest a time/place?
Hope the weather stays dry when you walk later. Walking is good for you, have I mentioned that? I'm a bit of a walk-a-holic at the moment hehe. Nothing like walking in the rain listening to Country music hehe
Sorry you feel drained, really wish I could give you a cuddle xxxStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

She has to be in control, so yes. I didn't expect her to show, but I knew she had nothing else on, as she was due to meet flatmate today, and I know that was cancelled.
We walk alot, hopefully weather will be fine.
I'm just tired of not knowing where I am with 'S'
All I know is, there is something big between us, and she's the one stopping it develop.0 -

Its one of those things, where the only thing that will help is time. She's been through a lot and needs time to heal.
What about you Miro, are you healing? Are you looking after yourself? How are you feeling?Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

She needs to get better. She really isn't well, it's becoming more and more apparent.
When she arrived last night, she said a rather big guy in the subway started walking towards her and was going to mug her until some kids entered the subway. She said she was really shaken - but she didn't act shaken.
She had to phone her sister, who called her back, but from the conversation, it sounded like her sister was like "Here we go again".
I really doubt it happened. I really don't know what is true and what isn't.......is her mother really dead? I really don't know what to believe, but have to act as if it's true.
I'm okay. I've tried moving on. My biggest fear is moving on, finding someone who loves me. I hoped I had, maybe she does, but she can't deal with it.
No idea what i'm going to do now0 -
I'm sorry to break into this but I have a question and I wonder if you'd all humour me as I'm new to MSE.
Does anyone here have experience of making truly jaw-droppingly wrong 'life decisions' because of their depression?
I'd be genuinely interested to know whether this is as common as I believe it to be.0 -

Welcome CVID
I'm not sure about jaw droppingly wrong life decisions, but it depends on how you interperet.
If you feel you can tell us what these 'wrong life decisions' are/were when ready, all of us will comment
My wrong decisions, have all been relationship wise, although I don't regret any of them, in hindsight, 1 - maybe 2 now, may have set me back, but I don't think i've made any glaring errors.0 -
Yes... relationships are very much what I have in mind here ... although other matters might come into the frame. Perhaps major financial decisions, career moves etc..?
Perhaps I'm asking too much and this amounts to prying, in which case please just ignore me.0
