evening everyone, how are you all? I am doing ok, but had a bit too much wine now (I know, doc will be telling me off!!)

Talking about what worked for people, which we were earlier, the main thing that has helped me was changing job, I am now doing something which I actually enjoy and makes me want to get out of bed in the morning. Also I have been helped by finding the right medication (don't know how I could live without it) and exercising.

P.S. also can't believe that Robert went out of the XFactor, he was much better than some of the others! Out of the two Eton Road should have gone, damn Simon!!

Hiya flissy! I've had a bit too much wine too! :D Yeah Robert was "robbed" :) but i reckon Simon saw it as an opportunity to remove strong opposition...

Hi all, I don't mind Ray too much, actually really liked him on the swing week. But my fav's are Ben and Leona.

Anyway, don't want this thread to takeover as the xfactor thread, so am off to bed. Hope you are all doing ok and will speak again tomorrow.

It's OK, I felt a bit depressed when Simon voted off Robert, for all of 5 minutes.

Ray was OK tonight and think the swing is great:)

Evening everyone, hope you are all well.

I need opinions on something, I think I might be pregnant, have got symptoms that indicate that (or it could be something else unrelated)

More than anything I would like to think I was pregnant, how long do you think I should wait before testing? If I am pregnant then I am not far gone.

In other news my job is still going well, going to be training on another system next week.

Had an anxiety attack last night but feel fine now.

    Bunnie x

How do you feel about it, if you are?

How late are you? I would wait two weeks after your expected period due date.

    My day today

Had a good one in general

Went for a test drive and the arrogent dealer (Volkswagen) didn't tell us the car was sold and there was no car to drive. He a was a complete !!!!!! about it and hate it now. We made a special effort and he more or less implied it was our fault and no apology was made. We had this happen when we went to the dentist this week and they changed the appointment without informing us. I DESPISE bad service. We are not wrong and our time is just as valuable! If anyone knows who to write to at Volkswagen, I would be grateful for their address.

We went for a test drive in a Kia and it was a lovely dealership. We also got our voucher stamped. The car was OK. We like the Rio better.

Got some Christmas food shopping at Asda - I love that mysupermarket site for price comparison. Then went to Edinburgh and absorbed the winter evening atmosphere over a cocktail. Had a lovely meal at home, and watched X-Factor - bad result:(. Am enjoying I'm a Celebrity too.

I am in a good mood today in general.

hiya everyone, hope you're all doing ok.

You're right CCstar about the ppl and places.. often is easier said than done tho. I was talking to one of my neighbours yesterday and she said something which really struck a chord with me.. that our street seems to have a jinx on it.. nothing good seems to happen to anyone who lives here and it seems no matter how hard you try, you can't seem to move forward with life.. it's always 2 steps forward and one step back.. weird huh? I thought it was just me who thought that so I was kind of taken back when she said what i'd been thinking.

Was thinking about what nemo said about sharing what works.. what worked for me a few years ago was cutting down on carbs.. bread, rice, pasta etc and any kind of sugar.. I felt fantastic.. like I could take on the world!! dunno why I stopped doing that really  I should do it again innit? Another thing that really helped was using sunbeds.. that seemed to lift me too, must be something to do with serotonin or sommat?

I feel a bit weird today... sort of out of it somehow. B/f is being really attentive and nice but i just feel really alone and spaced out. No focus on anything. *sighs*

I use sunbeds as light therapy and you get a lovely tan too. Obviously used in moderation.

I mention moving away as I only feel happy when I go out away from this place. I loathe the neighbours and we argue a lot when we stay in.

I felt really spaced out in Asda today - almost drunk because I didn't eat for ages today.
