O2 Friends&Family web portal down.. Help!
Hi
As title says the O2 Friends&Family PAYG web portal is currently down. and I would like to change a family member.
Does anybody know if I can, as family owner, remove and add a member by texting from the primary phone. If yes what is the syntax for texting to:
1. remove a member
2. Add a new member

The family bolton can only be changed on the O2 portal, customer services cannot alter either.
If you are having problems with the portal, try deleting cookies and temporary internet files.
otherwise wait until portal is fixed..
