o2 Premium BB - Problems anyone ?

Over the last couple of days my download speed on o2 has just about halved from around 14mbs to 7mbs.
Also, some pages are taking an eternity to load, reminiscent of the DNS problems a few months back - which o2 denied having !
Finally when a page has loaded, the quality of the "picture" is poor.
Anyone else had this ?
