I have a friend who is physically disabled and virtually housebound, currently she is still using a dial up connection for net access. Does anyone know if there is an organisation or possibly an ISP that has discounted broadband rates for disabled people??

I'm not aware of discounts for disabled (maybe you are asking on the wrong board) but I think broadband is probably now cheaper than dialup if used for any significant time. Broadband pricing depends a lot on location though0
