Queries about the warm front grant

Hi,
I have a couple of questions about the central heating aspect warm front grant which hope someone can answer.

Firstly if the landlord of a property qualifies for the grant can he apply for it or does it have to be the tenant?

Also if anyone has used the grant before to install central heating, do you usually have to pay money on top or does the £6000 grant cover the cost.

Finally roughly how much would it cost to fit central heating in a 3 bedroom house?

If anyone can answer these questions it would be much appreciated. thanks.

An asscessor from Warm Front is coming to see me today to discuss the grant. My combi boiler is 10 years old and on it's last legs, when I had a service last November I was told it should just last me the winter, also that it was not worth to try and repair it.

I am curious to know if I can choose my own boiler model and what else is involved.

We live in a private rented property, at the time we applied we were allowed a full grant to cover oil central heating (we live out in sticks). We got a total full oil fired combi system put in, it cost £6150, so we had to contirbute £150 towards it. Our house is a 3 bed semi.
As far as Im aware its the tenant that applies, not the landlord, I cant see how a landlord would be eligble to apply if he owns houses and has a regular income.
