I re-cycle the padded envelopes and small boxes that all my freebies come in. Cost = Nil. Just put a large label on the front. ;D
Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.0 -

I order all that stationery supplies at work and they are mostly delivered in padded envelopes. They usually chuck these away, so I use all the ones that come for me and scav the ones that other people receive too.I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.0

Try your local poundshop if you have one. I buy packs of 10 Jiffylite envelopes (size 140mm x 195mm) for a pound (obviously :-) ). Larger ones come in packs of 8 or packs of 5.

I just found these recently after using Royal Mails expensive ones for ages.
It's 'Poundland' - http://www.poundland.co.uk/ if you have one locally that does cheap posting stuff0 -
Another reuser here. It's good for the enviroment and good for my pocket.
Remember also that packaging can count for around 10% of the postage cost so package carefully to save money.Alex Jones0 -
Postal Supplies are quite simply the best around. Check them out on eBay here:

Everytime I order from them I am even more impressed than the previous time - the empire they have built up is quite amazing (you can watch vids n stuff about them on eBay)
Very cheap prices too - highly recommended
