O2 - Upgrading to a HTC HD2 / possible tariffs offered

Hi,
I'd due an upgrade in May and hope to get the HTC HD2. My question is what might I expect tariff wise? I'm currently on 'Online 35 18 Month' and have 800 mins (200 extra), 1000 texts, and £15 off.
From what I understand this is a pretty decent tarif. What might be the best tarif I could get with a HD2? What data allowance could I expect?
I understand the HD2 is only available in stores / on the phone; would this need to be online before upgrading as I'm an online customer or could I simply upgrade over the phone?
One final question - how much might phone insurance cost?
