If your item is found to be counterfeit after varification by our anti-counterfeiting team; it will be stored and then destroyed.

You must return the item within 15 days. Once this deadline has passed, the transaction will be finalised and the seller paid as normal.

It is very important to wrap the items properly:


- The packaging must be sufficiently robust to withstand any knocks, pressure or force during transportation,

- make sure that the parcel is difficult to get into by using glue or sellotape,

- to prevent the item being stolen, it is very important not to give any indication of the contents of the parcel on the outside of the package.

If you change your mind and wish to keep the item, please cancel the claim directly though the 'My Purchases' section of your account, by selecting the relevant order. You can then rate the seller.

Surely its not gonna be cheap to return?
