Blooming cold - trying to save coal and not light the fire yet.

I have leftover mince stew from yesterday for later.

I am so bored - can't stick this life much longer.

I'm in the East Mids SRM - not sure if we are on alert or not, they keep changing their minds.

Bookie have you thought of doing voluntary work ? I was thinking maybe WRVS delivering library books to the housebound or something ? Only until you get a real job.

BF and I are going to see it-I love RDJ, and it's filmed in my home town too!Bookie-I was going to suggest as per PAP. With all your Brownie experience, would your local primary school need a hand? I know ours was always looking for helpers to read with slower kids etc....
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

Think I do enough voluntary work. :rotfl:
Besides a regular committment makes you 'unavailable for work' so they dock your JSA.

    Really? That is bonkers:eek:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Have you got any hobbies Bookie?

I always joked that I'd never have time to go to work because of my hobbies.

We have a very, very light smattering of snow.......and according to the met office we'll probably miss most of it anyway.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • Thinking about going to the gym but the snow is approx 8 inches deep.

    Would anyone else brave it?
