I'm in Devizes - Wootton Bassett, RAF Lyneham area of the West Country.

The clouds in the sky are looking heavy with snow - bring it on.

We're on red alert too by the looks of things! Does that mean the world is going to end?

What's the betting the majority of supermarkets have sold out of bread and milk?

Just started to snow here, am in Southampton. The met office has us on red alert...meant to snow heavily overnight.

    Red alert, sounds dramatic:eek:

I am waiting for a bed to be delivered, got a phone call over an hour ago to say that the driver is on his way, I reckon he took one look at our lane and decided not to even try it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

We have more snow forecast for tonight, I'd change the alert to red but it means changing the bulb

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • Blooming cold - trying to save coal and not light the fire yet.

I have leftover mince stew from yesterday for later.

I am so bored - can't stick this life much longer.

I'm in the East Mids SRM - not sure if we are on alert or not, they keep changing their minds.
