    Beautiful dress!

Sal, I just sniggered at your comment on my photo on FB - didn't dare reply on there - couldn't think of a response that wouldn't make it obvious people know about the snow angels :rotfl: (we are in the midst of a rather intense discussion about his behaviour over the last few days, so didn't think he would see the funny side!).

    DD2 is 5ft3 and a size 8 (11 yrs)

DD1 is 5ft3 and a size 6 hangs off her (14 years)....poor thing - to get knickers to fit I have to buy her age 7 :D (and she doesn't like them with fi-fi the flower fairy or iggle piggle on for some reason)

You should look out for the Boden sale knickers...they are gorgeous but too expensive full price £22 for 5 pairs I think . Your girls really are slim, lucky things. B has no chance of her knicks falling down, she has her mothers bum and thats the one thing I always have to buy bigger (poor girl)

I went to the local supermarket around 1.30 today (we had about an hours snow at lunchtime) - they had no semi skimmed milk or bags of spuds. A lot of their shelves were empty! Think some people think we are going to get snowed in or something!

:rotfl: To be honest, last night I would have happily wacked him over the head with the DFW frying pan and buried him in the snowdrift, but we are close to sorting things out now, I think.

I m just trying to get through to him that being nice, affectionate, warm and letting us be close (which I know he wants, and enjoys) wont send me running off to the nearest wedding dress shop, and conversely, being distant and shutting off his feelings wont protect me from hurt if things don't work out between us.

He's torn between being scared of hurting me and being scared of leading me on, and all I want him to do is relax and enjoy what we have NOW, without stressing over what will happen in the future. I just hope he listens. He certainly seems to be doing.
