Hi, My Mum Has A Virgin Media Set Top Box From The First Day She Signed Up To What Was Then Telewest Broadband,However Now After Almost 10+ Years The Box Is Starting To Basically Die! The Scart Sockets Are Not Responding To The Lead ETC Basically Its Old,Will Virgin Media Replace The Box As It Still Works (Just) And Does Anybody Know If There Will Be A Charge For This?????

No,the will be no charge.That's one of the benifits of VM/NTL ect,as you do not own the equipment,you're leasing it from VM,the replacement & service calls are free.
