Boots online - is this normal?

I wont use boots.com anymore, ever since i paid via card online someone at boots used my card to buy a domain and web hosting, came up on my statement, I phoned the company up and they gave me the name and billing address, they used mine, however they copied the boots invoice address which was different to my actual home address, less detail... so I forward all this info to my bank & police and got a refund myself.0
