Hi missy, those meal plans are fab, very organised. You must have a huge freezer, I can hardly get anything in mines!

Yeah, my freezer only stores 2 boxes of tupperware plus the frozen peas and sweetcorn:). If I ever have a family house the first thing I will buy is the biggest freezer and buy all kind of reduced meat and veggies :).

    Hey Missy
A busy day catching up with housework and maybe doing some work today. Should be doing some packing but I can't face getting to my house in the snow!

Love the tolietry sorting idea- I only tend to use basics and sometimes end up chucking out lovely stuff because it's been hanging round for years. I think I'll sort out a basket with theses things in it and make sure I treat myself by using at least one of the products each weekend. Fits in well with my use it or lose it challenge!!

Sounds like your DFW plans are similar to mine. At least aiming high we should at least keep going in the right direction! I read a book by someone about how they spent a year buying only essentials. It was a fun and interesting read. It's called In The Red by Alexis Hall. I'm not sure if you could find it on ebay or something. I'm about to reread it for inspiration!

Your meal plan ideas look great.

    Congrats on the new star!

Aww thanks miemie, I think I need all the luck I can get, I have set my sights so high

Hey Swinstie, I have a rather large freezer and an extra "overflow" fridge freezer in the garage, very luck I know :p

I have to aim high, there's a saying I heard "reach for the stars and see how far you get" and I really like it :D and try to live by it.

Ooooh jellie love the sound of that book will have a look on amazon and see how much it is, might have to raid the copper jar :o

have lots to do tonight, will speak later

phew home from work it is freezing!! have come in and got straight into bed so I dont have to put the heating on, am eating soup in bed, how naughy :D

Sorry need a little rant, OH is away and was meant to be coming home today but hasnt been able to get a flight due to the weather etc. now his work are saying when (if) he gets back tomorrow they are going to fly him straight to scotland to do another job and he can get the last flight home on friday. Now what with the weather being horrendous up there, there is no way he is going to make the last flight so he probably wont be home til monday!!! So peed off with them!!!!

Sorry rant over, need to do something calming.... will start having a look at my apron I want to make whilst watching come dine with me.

    Hi missy,

I've just had a mug of soup too whilst waiting on my dinner cooking. Made it last night and it was tasty. I'm in a wee mood too, OH can't make it down tonight as he was late out the docs and the roads are getting very icy up his way. Hadn't started dinner yet when he called so just dinner for one tonight, gonna have to stick rest in freezer if I can that is.

Hey swinstie just posted on your diary lol. awww bless you, men hey .

Well we can keep eachother company this evening, we don't need stinky boys :D

I need to have a look at my mealplan and see what I need to make in advance and freeze... not going to do it tonight am knackered, again . Am hoping its a sign of being pregnant but I'm thinking it's just the early starts o being back to work

Feel very much like working my way through the tin of quality street, think I might:D

Have been really good and haven't spent any money today even though I forgot (was far too lazy....:o) to make any lunch. Wont be doing that again really didn't enjoy my two packets of porridge for lunch ;)

My soup for tea was yummy though, I do love soup :D

I think what I might start doing is making a list of things I need to get done for the whole week and see if thats easier, as I feel a bit stressy and like im falling at the first hurdle when I don't tick off all the things that I've set myself to do in a day, where as some days I have more time than others so a weekly list is what I think I need.
