    in all fairness your contract is with the shop you bought them from, not Walkers so really thats where you should take/send them to. However Walkers should be a big enough and good enough company to sort out any problems like this

  • Bizarre as this sounds, the best and most effective way to complain to Walkers at the moment is via Twitter.

    Simply open an account, search for the Twitter page for walkers and send the complaint, they will respond quickly!

    Same applies for complaints to Asda, BT, EasyJet and a growing number of large companies.

    You are right, I did not make it clear in my post but I did ask for a reply but only to say they had got my letter and would look into it..Not asking for anything else.
    My reasoning by taking it to Walkers was more that there might be a fault with the process that could be looked at rather then wanting to just replace the bag (because it has happened more then once it does make me wonder about a fault)

    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
