Walkers crisps ( multi pack)

This is not a huge problem or issue or anything that requires compo or anything as extreme as that but it is a bit of a bug bear.
Several times now I have bought a multi pack of Walkers crisps (co-op do great £2.00 deals on the big packs sometimes) and one bag of crisps has been heat sealed to the main packaging and the crisps are either missing all together or are in the bottom of the main bag, or if you are lucky like my husband you get a bag that had been opened when heat sealed to the other bag and the crisps were still there but somewhat soggy and horrible.
I have sent the packs back to Walkers (not asking for anything just advising them that it happened and more then once now)
Well it happened again on Saturday ( we buy multi packs where cheaper for lunch boxes etc, and yes I do know that they are not good for you and fruit it better but we like them) and I am now wondering if there is any point reporting this time as we never heard anything the other times but each missing bag is costing me about 40p and means I have to go and buy a replacement.
It is not really worth the agro but there is a part of me that thinks I should send this pack in as well and at least do my bit..What Walkers do from there is down to them.
Any thoughts ?

I'd report again and tell them that it's happened before and you've never received a response.
Yes it's a small thing but they should at least give you the courtesy of a response.Wedding 5th September 20150 -
Seabrooks crisps are the same, only started happening middle of last year. Before that I never had a problem but since then it seems to be every multipack. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550

What I hate about multipacks is you get so few crisps in a bag. It probably works out cheaper, per crisp to just buy individual bags.0

I'd report it again. I called triple velvet loo roll when the paper wasn't very soft and they sent me a voucher in days for another packet.0

Instead of sending them back to Walkers try taking them back to the shop where purchased. Sainsburys have always replaced/refunded items I have returned to them.0

if you sent them back to walkers with a letter did you ask them to respond?? if not as your post said you were just informing them, so the likely hood is they wont contact you as you havent asked for a response, yes they probably should have just sent a thank you note for pointing this problem out to them.
like post#6 best thing to do is just take them back to the store and get them replaced.
And i know exactly what you mean about the problem the last 5 multipacks we have bought have all had the same problemEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -

I second this - I've had it happen twice now. The first time I took it back to Sainsbury's who were happy to replace. The second time I did send back to Walkers, and got vouchers.0 -
I've reported out of date/damaged stuff to Walkers (a couple of months ago) - they replied with a week or so and sent me a £5 voucher. I thought their CS was preetty good.ELITE 5:2
