profit means making money. you dont GET £2, you get points that allow you to spend a free £2 IN BOOTS.
THIS IS NOT PROFIT.
its free stuff, yes. stuff for less than the price it costs normally.
but there is an initial outlay so finanically speaking, you are at a loss
UNLESS you sell the stuff you buy with the points
but anyway...Come ride with me, through the veins of history...

profit is the wrong word completely
all this "loophole" allows you to do is get vitamins+£2 worth of other stuff, for the price of the vitamins. which is a decent deal, but it isn't profit. its just saving.
i do like the idea of £10 topup (plus 5 fre vitamins) for £4.95, though.
but anyway...
whats this thing you're talking about different stores to use the vouchers? is it kinda like a "1 per customer" thing, and you have to keep going back to do it again and again? and they get a bit "funny" about it if they keep seeing you using vouchers?
what's the rules?
du have to pay seperately
like buy 1 vitamin -> give 1 voucher
then do it again buy 1 vitamin -> give 1 voucher
or can you buy 6 vitamins, give 6 vouchers
etc
how do you get unlimited vouchers? i want to know the quickest way to get unlimited vouchers.
also
once you get the points, how long do they stay on your card before they ex-pire?
also
how long is this voucher promotion on for
If you dont think this is a good deal why are you asking so many questions?0 -

Try looking at it another way
My Boots card has 99 points on it.
I take a 99p pack of Vitamins and a get 200 points coupon to the checkout.
I "pay" for the Vitamins with the 99 points on my card.
The voucher goes through and they put 200 points back on my card
I now have FREE Vitamins and 101 points MORE than I started with - worth £1.01 to spend on anything I want to buy at Boots.
When I went in my card only had 99p (99 points) to spend in Boots, as I leave I now have £2 (200 points) on my card - tell me how that is NOT PROFIT ?
AND FREE VITAMINS
BETTER STILL (as I posted earlier) I bought the Vitamin C tablets for just 89p - so £1.11 profit for me

It's not profit, its 200 points + vitamins for an outlay of 99p
You could say you profit in Boots points however ;p but you're basically buying 200 Boots points (+ Vitamins) for 99p0 -

I thought you couldn't earn points if you paid with points?
Anyway, I agree with those who say that this IS profit... if you were going to buy stuff in Boots anyway. For example, I got 3,200 points for spending £15.84 on vits today. I then used most most of those points to buy 75% sale stuff... so I effectively got it all half price again, which if I am correct is 87.5% off the original price!!! :T:T:T:T Now THAT is what I call a good deal. And I got lots of vitamins to keep me and my family (and friends... and OH... and colleagues lol) healthy! :AGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

i would like to point out that i put the word profit in inverted commas for a reason- ie its not technically a profit in the sense that you hand over 99p and they give you £2 back in cash. however, boots sell every day items that the majority of (clean) people buy- i.e. soap and toothpaste so the £2 can be used on something that you'd buy anyway. please no more arguments, if you dont think its a good deal, no one is twisting your arm up your back to take advantage of it. just walk away.......0
