Foreigner using my address

Have been to a local branch. Got no where with the rep, but did get an address for head office. [Nothing on their web site, but an email contact, which I decline to use.] So, I will now write to head office, could not get a named person, which is always a big help.
I am going to consider this thread exhausted. Mainly because of Page 43 of the Daily Mail, 13 January 2010. "How bogus firms can hijack your address (and there's nothing you can do about it.)
In the quoted case, even with DM intervention, the Ministry of Justice, bless their hearts, sent a letter to the rogue firm, to the hijacked address, threatening criminal action. Of the following, Ministry of Justice, Royal Mail, the Police, trading standards, the information commissioner, credit reference firms and Consumer Direct, no one was able to stop the business from using the hijacked address.
So, I have an answer, its of no help. Thank you positive contributers.0
