Hi, Got a new phone the LG ks360 , I'm trying to use my old SIM in it but doesn't seem to recognise it. Both are Orange PAYG .
Any ideas ?

Phoned locked to a network? What network did it come on?

Both my old and new are on Orange both are pay as you go

Does the new sim card work with the phone?
Might just be you need a new sim to keep the old number with the new phone - in which case speak to Orange and see if they can transfer the number or give you a replacement sim.

When was the last time you used the old sim? Networks tend to disconnect sims if they have not been used to make a chargable call or text for the last 3, 6, or 12 months.
