Organic veg box

https://www.edenfarms.co.uk in leicestershire and notts. Ive seen their stuff at a farmer's market, and the boxes are £7, £9 and £10.50 for veg, fruit box £6.

hi, ive been looking at the option of getting the organic veg boxes but am not sure if we would use up all the veg in a week, would they be likely to last into the second week..?

I've just received the following for £6 - all local and organic in Herefordshire.
2 x avocados
1 x garlic
2 x onions
2 x tomato's
1 x green pepper
1 x bag rocket
1 x aubergine
2 x courgette
1 x bag string beans
1 x bag runner beans
1 x head broccoli.

All really fresh and brilliant. No way could I have got the quality or quantity for the price in the supermarket. I'm really delighted.

Thank you for this link squeaky, i found a farm shop 1mile from my home that is a PYO fruit & veg farm aswell as butchers, im off to investigate next weekend!

we used to have a Veg Box ( Riverfords ) but I found it to be ever so expensive, and nowhere near enough for us. Plus lots of things that no one likes or a lot of things being duplicated.

I did have a Meat Box once, that was very good value, and tasty too.

I love my veg box....the convenience is fantastic, it means that there is always a meal available.... and saves a takeaway.... in effect paying for itself
