Help choosing the best phone out there!
Hi guys, i really need some help in choosing a phone!
Im getting a contract with T mobile (which is confirmed) and i have the choice of ANY phone out there (thats available to T mobile)
Could anybody help!? Im lost as to which phone to get. I obviously want to get the best but also the most expensive (since i can have any phone i want for free :rotfl:)
I've looked at the T mobile HDC 2, and also the blackberry bold 2 which i dont like so going to stay clear of blackberry.
Also looked at the G2 touch but i was advised by the sales assistant to get a HDC 2
The type of phone i want is... must have internet (the contract has free internet), GPS and a good camera.
Can anyone shed any light on the phones and give new candidates... i know they look nice in store but how are they to use. ?

It all depends what you need in a phone.
Like a G2 is android based, while hd2 is windows mobile.
I would personally pick the G2 due to size and android being "arguably" a better operating system. But again it depends on what you want in a phone and which OS you prefer.
About the sizing, the Hd2 is really big! do you think you will be comfortable with that in your hand/pocket for 18-24 months?
(Can anyone confirm that you can get an iphone with T-mobile? I've read that people have asked and received one)0 -
You might like the satio or the n97 mini (i dont know if they sell the mini) but they are based on the symbian os.. I've used the N97 mini and its really nice!
The Satio has been falling in price really fast, so i guess what doesnt meet your needs for the most expensive phone available.0 -
just to add t-mobile are flogging the hd2 even though they havent got them in stock and dont know when they will.
so you may have to wait a bit if you choose the hd2,its lovely phone though and i want one its just proving difficult to get hold of without being messed around.0
