Poor Vodafone Network coverage @ Home

Hi, we have been getting either NO Signal / Network coverage now at our home for 30 days. the maximum number of bars on our handsets is 1. we don’t always get calls, but text's saying we have a new voicemail, texts take ages to come in, the internet is like dial up, or doesn't connect. what can we do? we both pay around £40.00 a month (£80.00 in total) we also both have the N97 so you would think their shouldn't be a problem with the signal. this only happens when were at home, anywhere else the signal is not a problem

what are our options? were paying for a service that we not getting.

    How old are the contracts?

    Has the signal always been this bad?

    If it is new, and you are unhappy you need to complain to the operator within a reasonable time (14 days) of starting the contract or you are deemed to have accepted the level of service been offered at your location.

    If this is an old contract and the problem is recent, such as you used to get a good signal, you can complain the level of service has decreased and they then need time to look into it and see if it can be resolved.

    Note signal is not guaranteed inside buildings, so if the phone/signal does work outside the house just fine they are unlikely to provide any assistance unfortunately.

    The best that will happen if these are older contracts with an existing problem, is they might survey the area for signal strength. But get in touch and ask them, i believe vodafone is 191 from your mobile.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
