Leg of pork - oven roast or slow cook?

Well success I have an electric cooker so I preheated it at 150 then after keying the pork with my electric knife I seasoned it added some water at the bottom of the roasting pan with some red wine and cooked it for 4 hours and it has worked a treat I think maybe I could eat it without my dentures lol!
