rooms for £20-£40 a night (depending on how far in advance you book) at https://www.easyhotel.com
their hotel is situated near earls court so quite central. you've just got to put up with a bright orange pod-style room!0 -
best site for central london hotels is https://www.londontown.com select hotels and when the search is done select the mid range hotels and the OPAQUE option.
I got the Raddisson Edwardian Kenilworth here for £70:50 per night per room.
Good value and more central than your club quarters hotel will be.
Try the londontown site and if you get a good deal cancel your club quarters hotel booking.
Only travel by bus and a day pass is half the price of one that includes tube travel.0 -
Wow, thanks for the tips, going to look at Londontown now, I have till tomorrow to cancel if I have to.
Can anyone recommend anything that we really must see while we're there? (Apart from London eye/river cruise as we are doing those anyway)
Many thanks,

Theres nothing really cheap on Londontown, but the Club Quarters is only £69 inc tax! LOL I should be a real money saver and cancel my original booking and book again in my boyfriends name, worth it for a £11.75 saving I think! Thanks.

I'd recommend doing a search on https://www.venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too. Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W
Hope that helps0 -
We are leaving soon, got a great weekend planned. Thanks for all the advice!
