well saw moneyadvisor today she went through soa with me and said only way out of debt for me was b.r as i didnt have enough surplus money left for my debts.
she said only way i could go b.r was to wait for one of my creditors to go to court for charge of payment after 14 days i could apply . i knew all this because of all the wonderfull people on here i was telling her before she could tell me lol
i just wanted her to confirm that b.r was only way for me anyway she said it might be a good few months before that happens well came home and postie had dropped mail off and one letter was from ex council for missed payment and if i didnt pay within 7 days they might go to court for payment so it might happen sooner than i thought . moneyadvisor said that when i get the charge for payment letter to phone for appointment and she will fill form in for me
so everything looking better for me now .
after i saw advisor went to lawyer to sign paper giving ex half or most of my big pension of £148 a month could be divorced in 2 months thats taken 5 to get
2010 is going to be a way forward for me .
