Picasso wiper blades alignment help

Hi need help with fixing wiper blades on a picasso (53 model). the blades appear to be out of alignment when in use as the driver side blade is not about 1" below the windscreen and the passenger side above it. when in use then catch each other and hence stop either working. cant see any obvious reason to why they are out…

thanks all sorted, mechanic onluy taken less than 2 mins to loosen and readusjy wiper and tighten nut! (at least i know how to fix it if it happens again!).
