my samsung tv has no picture it is 2 months out of warranty do i still have any rights for samsung to fix this problem the tv was £700.thanks it was a 12 month warranty

Not unless you bought it directly from Samsung. Your contract (and therefore your rights) are with the retailer. If they want to get Samsung to directly repair it, that's up to them.
