The answer might be obvious but.....

I'm a woman and I'm blonde so I can be excused for this one:p:D

Been snowing HEAVILY since 9pm. Was watching Anchorman on sky and the picture was like a badly scratched dvd or when freeview used to have a carp signal.

Now I have SNOW signal(see what I did there?):rotfl: Anyway could the snow be the cause. Have done a signal test and there is nothing on the screen - every channel there is no signal being received :(

The dish is just under my bedroom window - could maybe reach it with a broom. There is no way I could break the dish is there?

  • We get the same with heavy snow when it settles on the arm in front of the LNB. As long as you're careful, you should be able to brush it off OK.
