Ordered just before 1pm, havent had a call yet. Under 'Track Order', the 'Order Processing' status has disappeared and under 'Transaction History' it appears to show ive been credited the discount. I used both codes.0

hi there thankyou for the code but just incase it all goes wrong can i ask where the code has actuallly come from? eg email, magazine? im noticing i have been charged £15 for the £15 item i ordered but free postage code has been accepted even though when went through transaction it said both codes had been accepted and balance was 00.00 and it has now taken £15 from my bank?
At the bottom of your confirmation email it should say this...
If you use a cash discount promotion such as £10 off, and you pay for your order with a credit or debit card
then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of the
order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount. Please note that the payment and refund
may not occur simultaneously but the refund will be made no later than when your order is despatched.0 -

Have you checked your 'transaction history'? The discount shows there rather than in the 'track order' section. There is a cancel link in your order confirmation email.0 -
It has worked for me........but still awaiting a confirmation email.......fingers crossed this goes through0

I checked on my track order and my item showed at full price,I spent £16,but when I checked transaction history as someone mentioned above the discount is still there ,phew

Mine was dispatched first thing this morning so looks like it's going through ok,must have been before so many orders came in at once this morning and flagged up on their system. Pity I hadn't known about the free postage in time though0 -
I can't get on the website at all, is anyone else having a problem accessing the site?. I even tried going through the link in my order confirmation email.
