I've got the same problem.
Can see my order with the code for free delivery, but not the 15 quid off.

Have had an email confirming my registration but not of my order, and no phone call (not that I ever answer my landline anyway:D)

i have just used the £15 off and free delivery codes, and got a confirmation email through.

fingers crossed it works cuz ive juts got king size bed cover, 2 sets of oxford pillowcases, and a pair of curtains for £26! heres hoping!

Good luck!! does anyone know if your card details are entered first and then the discount code is asked for??? I don`t fancy risking pressing confirm til I know!! lol

I got a phone call but I missed it. Got no email confirming anything other than registration. I logged into my account to see what was happening and it says credit rejected! I know my card has money on it so I presume cos I didn't answer my phone they automatically cancelled it. How rude, not even an email to confirm this! :mad:

My account is showing the P&P discount - but not the £15.00 discount (neither is my bank account - grr!!:mad:)

I have my confirmation email with shows the £15.00 off, whilst I understand their get out clause that the code may not be valid if it wasn't issued to you - should they not tell me this at some point?! I've had no phone call, nor any emails saying they've charged me the full amount...

Part of the order says "Delivery Due Today" but the other part is awaiting stock - due 26/03...so I'm not even sure about the part where they refund the discount upon dispatch - as that could count as today or Friday...

I wish I hadn't bothered now tbh...and will make sure that any codes I use in the future actually come from a reliable source!!

I've cancelled my order - delivery wasn't planned until late May!
Never did get an email order confirmation or any phone call, but they have taken money from my cc card.
I can't be wok free for 2 months LOL

I just called Woolworths customer services because I noticed they charged me the full price. I told them I had been charged the full price and I had a voucher for a £15 discount on my order. She explained that once I get the second item i ordered (which i'm due to get next week as it's currently out of stock) I will receive the refund of £15 back onto my card. Not holding my breath for it, but i'm certainly going to be waiting and watching to see if they do.

Thanks...I will wait and see what happens when the second part of my order turns up and let you know! (it's due on Friday, so hopefully will know by Monday morning if it gets recredited!)

I managed to get 3 Le Creuset dishes including postage for £18 , should have been £63:j hopefully I will manage to get 1 more to complet the set, at he moment no codes are working for me. Hope you all got the discount.
